Role Description The Commercial Specialist role is an on-site position based in Cesena. This role manages relationships with bike manufacturers, fleet operators, and mobility partners, supporting them in adopting and expanding Linket’s IoT solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries, preparing commercial offers, coordinating purchasing and sales activities, and maintaining accurate records of deals and contracts.
The Commercial
Specialist collaborates closely with internal teams to provide customer support, ensure timely deliveries,
and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services. The role also involves monitoring market trends, supporting account management activities, and contributing to commercial planning and reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Sales and Account Management skills to support lead follow-up, deal negotiation, and long-term partner relationships.
- Purchasing skills to coordinate orders, manage supplier interactions, and support commercial logistics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and build trust-based relationships.
- Experience in mobility, tech, or IoT sectors is an advantage.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency with standard office software and CRM tools; experience with ERP or procurement systems is a plus.
- Relevant vocational training or a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
- Comfortable communicating in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
