Sales & Operations Pricing Manager **Your Role and Responsibilities** You will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role combines analytical expertise with business acumen to guide marketing, sales, and financial planning through data-driven recommendations.
- _Work model: #LI-Hybrid_ In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for: - Market analysis - Preparing analyses of internal sales, technical and financial data, as well as external market data. Interpreting the resulting data and making recommendations to marketing and sales management. Building sales analyses regarding channels, segments, geographic areas, customers, products, systems, and services.
- Business analysis - Performing analyses of business performance versus budget and forecast, and proposing improvement actions. Benchmarking key performance indicators with external and internal peers.
- Financial reporting - Supporting the preparation of relevant organizational financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Validating the accuracy of financial data and business information by performing reconciliations and reviewing exceptions.




- Information and communication - Providing information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, and making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations. **Qualifications for the Role**
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or similar
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerBI - DAX and Power Query. R and Phyton are a plus
- You are passionate about data management and structures. Knowledge of costs and profitability KPIs is preferred
- You enjoy working in a team and you have a good interpersonal attitude
- You are goal-oriented, precise in following procedures and have a problem solving attitude
