As the first VoiceLine team member in Italy, you'll own the entire market entry: From initial customer outreach to establishing a local presence. You'll shape go-to-market strategy, positioning, and priorities together with the leadership team in Munich.Own the Full Sales Cycle: You'll take full ownership of the pipeline: From deal sourcing through qualification, negotiation, and closing. You'll be supported by our central Sales & Revenue Operations team, who will provide you with a solid data foundation, tooling, and processes for efficient pipeline management.Report Directly to Leadership: You'll report directly to our CEO and Head of Sales, with regular check-ins on progress, learnings, and roadblocks as you build the market.Build a Local Presence and Network: You'll be consistently present on the ground, building a strong network with decision-makers in the SME and enterprise sectors and representing VoiceLine at re
