LHH For our client, a leading international logistics real estate investor , developer, and asset manager, with a consolidated presence in Italy, we are currently looking for a: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING SPECIALIST The candidate will join the Italian team, reporting functionally to the European Head of Marketing while providing day-to-day support to the Italian Management Team. The role will contribute to commercial activities across business development, marketing, and operational coordination, with a focus on customer engagement, lead generation, and leasing support.
Responsibilities The candidate will be involved in the following activities:
- Support business development activities by identifying new opportunities, developing customer relationships, and managing leasing and BTS pipelines through market analysis, networking, and lead generation .
- Contribute to commercial performance through lead qualification, proposal preparation, customer engagement , and coordination with leasing and asset management teams.
- Provide operational and reporting support across marketing and commercial activities, including CRM management, KPI monitoring, budget tracking, pipeline reporting , and internal documentation.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, leasing, development, and asset management teams to enhance customer acquisition, occupancy performance, operational efficiency, and overall business growth.
Your Profile - 3?5 years of experience in a Business Development & Marketing role within an international real estate investor, developer, or asset manager.
- Good knowledge of the Italian real estate market ; exposure to the logistics and industrial sector is considered a strong plus.
- Strong communication, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills , with the ability to work effectively across different business functions;
- Fluency in English and Italian is required;

Proactive, hands-on and business-oriented mindset , with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and willingness to operate in an international and dynamic environment.
Location: Milan (hybrid working model).
