BU Risk Management Analyst

In this role you support risk assessment and mitigation across Hitachi’s business units in Milan. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and protect assets, shaping AI-driven risk tools and processes. You’ll translate complex data into clear insights for management and contribute to audits and training. - Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of critical tenders to identify vulnerabilities
- Monitor key risk indicators and trends; prepare reports for management
- Assist in developing and delivering AI-driven risk management tools
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance to ensure regulatory compliance and FCM guidelines
- Contribute to risk awareness training programs for employees
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and emerging risks; adjust strategies accordingly
- Participate in internal and external audits; provide documentation and explanations related to risk activities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Contract Management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in risk management, xysqume internal audit, or compliance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify risks and impact
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain risk concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in risk management software and tools; MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Copilot
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
