**We’re on the hunt for a Sales & Customer Care Deputy to join our awesome team at Yellowsquare!** Are you a connector, a facilitator, and a natural team booster who can bring harmony to chaos while keeping people smiling? Then this role is made for you. **Based at our Rome HQ**, you'll work closely with the Sales and Customer Care Manager, supporting and coordinating the daily operations of a high-energy team that connects our guests (B2C), our partners (B2B), and all our Hostels/Squares across Italy (and beyond!). You’ll play a key role in shaping smooth processes, strengthening relationships, and helping our teams reach their goals — with a good dose of Yellow flair. **What You’ll Be Doing**
- Support the Manager in coordinating and aligning the Sales & Customer Care team’s daily and weekly tasks
- Ensure smooth and timely communication between team members and across departments
- Monitor the quality and consistency of communications with B2B partners (schools, tour operators, agencies) and B2C guests
- Supervise team KPIs and report on performance metrics and customer feedback
- Help onboard and train new team members, sharing best practices and team rituals
- Step in when needed to support team members during peaks (bookings, group coordination, reviews) **What You Bring**
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, hotellerie, hospitality, or customer care, ideally with team coordination responsibilities
- Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level); knowledge of other languages is a great plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building trust across teams
- Experience working with digital tools such as PMS (Clock), CRM, OTA extranets, Google Workspace, and (nice to have) channel managers
- Great organizational mindset — you love a good dashboard, follow-up system, or internal playbook
- A coaching spirit: you’re eager to help others grow and improve
- Availability for full-time work at our Rome HQ (with 1 remote day per week) **What You Get**
