She/he defines standards, designs, models and governs the architecture of IT processes, through knowledge of the IT effects in business operations (business acumen), alignment with the group governance model, knowledge of Business Process Management and the adoption of an approach oriented towards continuous improvement. Manages a business process end-to-end, ensuring its effectiveness, efficiency and alignment with the other processes of the framework and the strategic objectives of the organization, identifying, planning and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in IT and digital processes. **Qualifications**:
Degree in Management Engineering,
Production Engineering or related disciplines, with a solid foundation in management and process improvement. **Seniority**:

Monitor process performance through KPIs and operational metrics;
Ensure integration between processes, systems and data, supporting interoperability between IT platforms;

Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels;
Systems thinking and orientation towards continuous improvement;
Ability to facilitate and manage cross-functional workshops;
Experience with process modeling tools (e.g. BPMN, Visio, ARIS);
Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM, and workflow platforms;
Ability to analyze data and use BI tools (Power BI, Tableau);
Knowledge of quality methodologies and compliance regulations (e.g. GDPR, SOX). **Language Skills**:
