For our team in Milan, Italy, we are looking for an experienced **Project Manager (Clinical Research)**:
**Your responsibilities**: - Set up and coordinate national and international clinical studies in compliance with applicable regulations and sponsor requirements
- Prepare and develop trial-related documents (e.g., study plans, informed consents, site contracts)
- Coordinate and supervise CRAs
- Oversee and monitor project budgets
- Manage cross-functional project teams
- Provide regulatory guidance to AMS staff and/or sponsors on Italian legal requirements
- Establish an AMS office in Milan
- Contribute to our cross-departmental EU HTA Network **Your profile**: - University degree in a life sciences discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in study start-up activities in Italy,



including hands-on expertise with submissions to AIFA, for both observational and interventional studies involving medicinal products and medical devices
- Proven know-how in project management within clinical research
- Authorization to conduct monitoring visits independently as a CRA in Italy (as required by the M.D. of 15 November 2011)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Structured, reliable, and results-driven approach to work
- High level of personal responsibility, ability to work independently, and flexibility concerning working hours and tasks
