Role
We’re looking for an experienced Audio Signal Processing & Music ML Engineer to boost the development of a software for DJs and Musicians, that creates real-time visuals from their live music .
You should be comfortable working with concepts such as rhythm, harmony, tempo, dynamics, musical structure and understand how they can be extracted and modelled. Playing an instrument or having a strong understanding of music theory is highly valued.
One important requirement: you should be able to work with flexibility in a hybrid environment .
Hard Skills
- Signal processing background and time frequency analysis
- Feature extraction from audio signal
- Temporal models and ML understanding
- Join R&D; sessions where bugs,
ideas, and magic all happen together
- Work directly with the co-founders on product direction, roadmap, and technical choices
- Owning the entire tech stack and the core parts of the audio → AI → video pipeline that drives our solution (nice to have)
Soft Skills
- Doer & risk-taker mindset
- Product brain : you connect code to audience/users
- Reliable and close attention to detail
- Authority and people management skills
- Clear communicator
- Fluent in English; Italian/German/French are a plus
