Il team Employment, Pensions and Incentives di Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer ricerca un Associate (2-5 anni PQE) per la sede di Milano.
Cerchiamo avvocati che abbiano maturato una solida esperienza in diritto del lavoro presso primari studi legali, con particolare riferimento a riorganizzazioni aziendali, gestione dei rapporti con il top management, piani di incentivazione e remunerazione, investigazioni interne, operazioni straordinarie domestiche e cross-border e contenzioso complesso.
La posizione offre l'possibilità di entrare a far parte di una practice in crescita all'interno di uno dei principali studi legali internazionali e di assistere clienti italiani e multinazionali su questioni strategiche e complesse in materia giuslavoristica.
REQUISITI:
- 2-5 anni di esercizio della professione forense in qualità di avvocato italiano in primari studi legali
- consolidata esperienza in diritto del lavoro, sia in ambito stragiudiziale che giudiziale
- inglese fluente
- laurea in giurisprudenza con percorso accademico di eccellenza
