Come grow with us. **Job Overview** The **Warehouse Operations Specialist** plays a key role in managing and optimizing daily last-mile delivery warehouse activities. This role focuses on ensuring parcels are received, sorted, and dispatched accurately and on time, with strong emphasis on delivery efficiency and meeting strict performance KPIs. Acting as a bridge between operations staff, delivery partners, and management,
the specialist ensures smooth warehouse processes that directly support on-time customer delivery and overall service quality. **Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee daily inbound and outbound parcel flow, ensuring timely sorting, staging, and dispatch of delivery routes. 2. Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time dispatch, delivery accuracy, and efficiency targets. 3. Supervise warehouse activities to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards. 4. Collaborate with delivery drivers, route planners, and customer service teams to resolve bottlenecks and minimize delays. 5. Support continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing delivery lead time and enhancing service quality. **Preferred Qualifications**:
1. more than two years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or last-mile delivery operations. 2. Strong knowledge of warehouse workflows (inbound, sorting, outbound dispatch). 3. Results-driven mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed delivery efficiency and time-based KPIs. 4. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills; ability to handle time-critical operations. 5. Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams. 6. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or peak seasonal hours as required.
