Well, read carefully because we might be looking for you What you'll be doing Within Legal & Compliance Dept, you will be involved in the day-to-day activities, supporting the Head of Legal & Compliance. You will be involved in managing independently the following tasks: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (Agency, Distribution, Supply, Service Agreements; NDAs; LOIs; Sponsorship and Marketing Agreements). Supporting litigation and pre-litigation activities, including drafting notice letters. Assisting the Head of Legal with compliance programs (data protection, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, competition law). Providing daily legal support to internal stakeholders, including legal advice, presentation, legal briefs, and management company policies and procedures. What we're looking for You have strong legal skills, positive and business-oriented mindset,



problem-solving attitude and flexibility. Moreover, you have strong listening skills and a proactive approach and you are able to work within an organization with diverse internal teams in an open and effective manner.
