Location: Gorgonzola, Italy NAS Sales Consultant – Focus on Latin America Thales' Navaids and Non Radar Surveillance Business Segment ("NAS") is a world leader in the segment of Air Traffic Management (ATM) equipment, having supplied more than 8,000 systems to over 160 countries. Objectives and responsibilities Secure NAS related order intake in Latin America through local partners Develop business opportunities in close coordination with all stakeholders of Thales' Airspace Mobility Solutions Business Line (AMS) and responsible country office Prepare bidding documentation and manage assigned bid teams Lead and finalize respective contract negotiations with given mandates Train and manage existing local partners, identify new partners if required Analyze market trends and communicate with relevant AMS departments Create an opportunity pipeline,



qualify and implement it Requirements Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or Business Management/Administration from renowned international universities or colleges Comprehensive knowledge of international export business Basic knowledge of business cases & economic balance sheets, export control, international law, project implementation Related ability to build trust & long‐term relationships with business partners and end‐users Flexibility to address other regions if necessary Fluent in English and Spanish; French, Italian, or other language skills will be an advantage Ability to work in multinational teams Competence to laterally manage matrix organisations of a large group of companies Experience in similar industries will be an advantage Commitment to achieve defined targets Competence in communications and presentations Willingness to travel #J-18808-Ljbffr
