Acting as a true center of excellence, we provide deep expertise, proven methodologies, and best practices for both manual and automated testing. The Senior Quality Engineer / Test Lead is a senior hands‐on quality role responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing end‐to‐end test coverage across complex, multi‐party integration programmes. The role has a strong focus on data integration, reconciliation testing, and finance/accounting system assurance, ensuring that data flows correctly across transformation layers, integration platforms, and downstream finance systems. This role requires strong ownership, the ability to work across multiple teams and vendors, and the confidence to challenge coverage gaps, drive quality evidence, and support go/no‐go decisions for business‐critical releases.
What You'll Be Doing Own and drive end-to-end test coverage for complex integration flows across multiple systems, teams, and vendors Design business‐critical E2 E test scenarios covering customer journeys, data flows, transformation rules, finance postings, reconciliation points, and downstream accounting outputs Lead testing activities for data integration and finance reconciliation, ensuring correctness, completeness, and auditability of data across source and target systems Validate data flowing through transformation layers, data platforms, APIs, batch processes, event‐driven integrations, and finance/accounting systems Perform hands‐on test execution where required, including SQL‐based data validation, reconciliation checks, defect investigation, and evidence gathering Coordinate with multiple delivery parties, including e Commerce, data, integration, finance, vendor, and reporting teams, to ensure agreed quality coverage is delivered Define and manage Quality Contracts with autonomous teams, m
