Program Analyst – Operations Quality & Performance Milan, Italy | Program Management | Hybrid | Full‐time sennder is Europe's Leading Digital Freight Forwarder. We are a growing team looking for a Program Analyst – Operations Quality & Performance to help us revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Milan office. What you will do Deploy quality standards through data and documents acquisition, verification and monitoring via CRM and other internal and external tools; Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis to improve processes, automation and feedback implementation, and drive new initiatives to meet and exceed business requirements; Work cross‐functionally with senior quality managers and operations teams to ensure access to data and insights,
managing deadlines in a timely and organized manner; Analyze data and reporting, create and execute various projects and keep stakeholders up to date; generate reports, dashboards, and scripts/automations using Google Suite and Microsoft Office; Own key performance quality metrics and support the creation of quarterly roadmaps that optimize execution and quality standards; Document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and take proactive steps to ensure best practices are shared across all departments, and effectively communicate through presentations and workshops; Ensure compliance with transport regulations and standards by verifying carrier documentation (e.g., onboard documents and required certifications) and supporting adherence to applicable legal and operational requirements.
