- To ensure accuracy of actual costs recorded and guarantee the analysis of the ETC of a given WP’s package.
- To ensure that WP QCD commitment is properly backed-up/documented and monitored on a monthly basis
- Supports the Work Package Owner in the controlling/financial management of his Work Package and help in identifying risks in advance. **Position in the Organisation** The WPC is member of Finance organization. The WPC reports hierarchically to the Head of WPC. **Key Network & Links**

**Performance Measurement**
- Ensure accuracy of Quality and Costs data.
- To review and validate in full transparency the QCD performance reported in the WP vs the commitment to be delivered
- Checks input for the Reference library loop-back process for the cost elements
- Respect of ALSTOM rules & processes
- Quality of variance analysis
- Reporting is accurate and on time
- Satisfaction of WP owners **Accountabilities**: - WP actuals and engaged costs
- WP working capitals (inventories )
- WP cash out **Responsabilities**
- Support the Work Package Owner in the financial management of his Work Package
- Support the WP Owner in the WP Review with the project/Platform
- Calculate the WP costs since Situation 0.
- Prepare and review WP Report: Actuals & cost at completion, ensure individual risks areproperly assessed and mitigation plans in place
- Review and analyse WP working capital (inventories in particular)
- Provide all WP finance reporting (WP Reporting in particular)
