We are looking for two Assembly Line Workers with a hands-on and proactive approach, capable of actively participating in the daily operations of furniture assembly.
The role is set within a dynamic production environment, requiring a constant presence on the shop floor and strong teamwork skills, supporting not only the execution but also the coordination of tasks when needed. Main Responsibilities: - Assemble furniture components according to production instructions and quality standards.
- Handle materials and tools required for assembly operations.
- Ensure the correct use of equipment and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Perform quality checks on assembled products and report any issues.
- Support inventory management by reporting material usage and needs.
- Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment. Requirements: - Previous experience in assembly or production roles, preferably in furniture or metalworking industries.
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Manual dexterity and familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Practical attitude, reliability, and ability to work in a team.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety and organization.
