What you’ll do:
- Coordinate a team to help to achieve business goals.- Plan, analyze private campaigns, focusing on reactivation, upselling, cross selling, player engagement and retention.- Managing the planning and continuous optimization of private promotions, ensuring performance and alignment with commercial goals.- Maintain campaigns reporting and operational processes to ensure flawless execution. What you’ll bring:
- Managerial skill and attitude.- Knowledge of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and promotional campaign logic.- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and turn data into actionable next steps.- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in parallel.- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills,



fluent in both Italian and English.- Customer-centric approach.- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and automation platforms would be a great plus (e.g. Optimove or similar). Why choose us:
