We run more than 35 hotels in Europe's best cities—and counting! **YOUR TASKS**: - You are a great host ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stay - You are in charge of the well-being of our guests from check-in to check-out - You are the first point of contact for our guests and all other visitors like suppliers and external technicians - You respond to our guests' questions and inquiries and know how to direct them to major sights, local attractions and activities - You enjoy a diverse, international work environment while we take care of an inclusive one - You’re flexible and understand that we are rotation shifts (Morning, Evening and Night shifts) - Last but not least; you’re a great colleague, not afraid to jump in to support other departments every now and then **YOUR PROFILE**: - You belong to the protected categories as defined by Law 68/99 - You possess initial experience and are passionate about hospitality - You possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasks - You are a people person,
