We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a major data centre project in Italy. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the commercial management of the project, taking ownership of cost control, subcontractor management and client engagement. As a senior member of the commercial team, you will lead on procurement, oversee multiple complex subcontract packages and provide strategic commercial guidance to ensure project success. This is a key leadership role, requiring strong technical, financial and people management skills. Requirements Work with the senior project team to procure key subcontract packages and other critical elements of the works. Generating quantified work packages, ITTs & budgets from technical documents. Analysis & presentation of tender returns. Preparation and agreement of subcontract documents.
