In the expanding process of our Italian team, the role we are looking for will work closely with the Head of Property for Italy and collaborate with the team members, providing an important contribution in the growth of the relevant portfolio. What you'll be doing Contribute the positioning of Sompo as an increasingly significant player in the local Property market. Collaborate within the team in the optimization and control of Domestic and Multinational Property portfolio. Innovate and contribute to the development of a forward-thinking local underwriting strategy. Share with other company functions experiences which can contribute Sompo to enhance uw processes. Establish and strengthen relationships with key brokers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to fuel growth. Support the development of Property products. Collaborate on defined projects in a growing and friendly team.
