- Primary Responsibilities Include:
ensuring impeccable mise en place, consistency in drink preparation, and respect for company standards and procedures.
- Craftsmanship & Beverage Knowledge:
Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wines, and beverages with precision and flair. Stay updated on spirits, techniques, and industry trends to enrich the bar offering.
- Guest Experience:
Anticipate needs, offer tailored recommendations, and guarantee a warm, attentive atmosphere. Ensure every guest feels welcomed, understood, and well taken care of.
- Guest Relations:
Build genuine rapport with guests, handling enquiries and special requests with professionalism, efficiency, and discretion.
- Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the Bar Manager, service staff, and colleagues across the F&B; department. Support Commis and junior team members, fostering a culture of shared learning. **Requirements**: - Fluent in English and Italian.
- Previous experience in a luxury bar or high-end hospitality environment.
