Assistant to the showroom manager Key Responsibilities: - Basic supply management: - Monitoring and restocking consumable items (catalogs, samples, stationery, promotional materials, etc.)
- Coordinating small internal orders with suppliers when needed
- Inventory support: - Updating product and stock inventory
- Tagging, cataloguing, and organizing items on display
- Assisting with regular inventory checks
- Showroom support: - Maintaining the showroom’s order and visual presentation
- Assisting in the setup of the showroom for client appointments or events
- Greeting and welcoming clients together with the showroom manager
- Showroom opening and closing
- Sales assistance: - Supporting during client visits and appointments
- Preparing and sending product information and collection materials
- Entering or updating data in the company CRM (if applicable)
- Basic administrative tasks: - Filing documents and product sheets
- Helping manage the showroom calendar (appointments, deliveries, events)
- Learn the basic procedures for internal procurement and coordination with suppliers.
- Understand the importance of planning and supply control to ensure the smooth operation of the showroom.
- Develop interpersonal and professional customer service skills while greeting and assisting clients.
- Become familiar with daily operational procedures,
- Gain familiarity with using CRM systems for data entry,
updating, and customer management
- Understand the importance of order, accuracy, and time management in daily administrative operations.
- Product knowledge: Understanding the technical and aesthetic features of luxury faucets and accessories (materials, finishes, functionalities, collections).
- Inventory management: Ability to monitor and manage stock levels, samples, catalogues, and promotional materials.
- Sales support: Assisting the sales team with product preparation, information materials, and client presentations.
- Digital tools proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, inventory software, reporting tools, and the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Supplier coordination: Ability to handle small internal orders and communicate effectively with external suppliers and partners.
- Genuine interest in the design and luxury industry
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft Office, possibly inventory or CRM systems)
- Good command of Italian; English is a plus English is a plus Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tirocinio formativo/stage
