For an international company operating in the medical components and single-use solutions sector for the medical device, we are looking for a:Sales Manager - Medical OEM Components & Business DevelopmentThe selected candidate, reporting directly to the General Manager EU, will be responsible for the assigned territory, managing both existing clients and prospects with a strong focus on new business development.In particular, the role will focus on:- Direct commercial activity across Italian and international markets.- Identify and develop new OEM customers within the medical device sectors.- Lead commercial negotiations and build long-term strategic relationships.- Interface with customers' engineering, R&D;, procurement and supply chain teams.- Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio.- Contribute to the company's international growth strategy.- Coordinate and support the daily activities of 2 international
