We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic training plans while also leading the development and execution of training programs to support our partner initiatives with a focus on partner training with carriers and retailers. The role involves close collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to ensure effective training strategies. Key Responsibilities Own training planning (working with internal teams, working with partners, partner prioritization), operations (training logistics, approvals of localization, content creation), training delivery (in person & virtual), and KPI tracking (according to central formats) end-to-end, for all applicable regions. Collaborate closely with Cognizant and client leadership teams to design and implement product training structures, coordinating with vendors and external agencies as needed.
Consult with business partners and stakeholders to determine effective partner training & enablement strategies and design training programs to support products. Conduct task analysis, report training progress, and evaluate results to provide recommendations to stakeholders. Manage the local execution of formal and informal training across all retail partners, including instructor-led workshops, e-learning modules, one-pagers, and demos. Adapt global content to regional needs and develop local content for customers and partners while adhering to brand guidelines. Organize scaled events and presentations for carrier & retailer partners during events.
