Reporting to the IT Support Manager Italia and representing the Group IT department, the FSS Proximity Team Leader for Retail and Corporate is a member of the Field Services and Support (FSS) team within I&O.; Responsible for delivering effective IT support on‐site or remotely across the FSS perimeter for corporate sites located in the Milano metropolitan area and the retail network in Italy belonging to Richemont Group. Assist in continuous enhancement of the FSS organization at a regional level, aligning with Group IT and business objectives. Support business‐driven project initiatives such as new retail/manufacturing openings, closures, refurbishment, special events, and local workplace evolution. Ultimate aim: deliver a high‐quality, value‐added service fully aligned with business requirements, actively engaging users in available technology.
