- Supporting the team in all operational activities
- Dealing with shipping crews to prepare, complete and submit documents for the Harbour master.
- Dealing with the operation team and the crew to provide the best services in Sicily according to each individual request
- Preparing Disbursements Accounts
- Booking activities
- Events planning
- Working to coordinate the itinerary and activities, ensuring their success success development **REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent communication skills
- Results-oriented goals
- Great passion for yacht and luxury management
- Flexibility, enthusiasm, initiative, teamwork, problem solving skills
- High-level understang of the shipping world and yachting management
- Excellent knowledge in the use of main IT tools
- Previous experience in the shipping world is an advantage **Language**: - English (required)
