**Role Overview** The position is responsible for managing the **delivery of in‑house training courses**and **personnel certification processes**, ensuring compliance with procedures and a positive experience for clients and participants. Activities include planning, logístical coordination, and operational support throughout the delivery cycle. **Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and organise in‑house courses (schedule, trainers, materials, attendance records, certificates).
- Ensure compliance with scheme requirements, documentation, and safety standards.
- Coordinate partners and exam centres, including online activities.
- Monitor costs and delivery KPIs; contribute to process and template improvements. What We Offer

- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of certification processes and course logistics; familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office 365.
- **Languages**:Fluent in Italian and proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
- **Flexibility**:Willingness to travel as required. **Core Competencies**
