Labsitters is recruiting enthusiastic English-speaking Summer Camp Counselors to join our international team for Summer Camps in Florence/Milan starting in June 2026.
Our camps welcome children aged 3-13 years and combine sports, arts, creative play, and immersive English language learning in a fun and supportive environment.
Camp Schedule
Camps run mid-June to mid-September, in line with the Italian school holiday calendar
Short pause in mid-August
Flexible availability - counselors select the weeks they wish to work in advance

Who We’re Looking For
Fluent English speakers (native-level pronunciation preferred)
Energetic, responsible, and confident leading group activities
Enjoyment of physical activity, sports, and active play with children
Comfortable using English naturally through games, sports, and creative activities
**Requirements**:
Valid documentation to work in Italy
Availability during the summer camp period
Experience with children ages 3 to 13 (teaching, babysitting, mini/junior club entertainers, summer camp counselors)
Preferred but Not Required
TEFL / TESOL / CELTA or other English-teaching certifications
Background in education, childcare, sports, arts, or language learning
