Purpose of the Job
- Plan and manage all Test & Commissioning activities for the project in support to the Project Manager ensuring application of the project’s strategy (including QCD commitment) and compliance with métier strategy, policies, standards, local regulations and professional standards
- Manage the T&C; team on field
- Collaborate with the V&V; manager to define the V&V; strategy to be applied in lab and on field
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible of the QCD commitment of the T&C; Work Package
- Pro-actively manages the internal interfaces with Project Engineering, Industrial and Warranty, and the
external interfaces with Partners, third parties and Customers.
- Deploys T&C; process on the field and make sure it is applied by the T&C; team within the project
- Pro-actively manages internal interfaces with project engineering, installation and external technical interfaces with Partners, Third Parties and Customers for T&C; activities
- Delivers T&C; plans, procedures, method statements and coordinates staffing and training of the T&C; team.
- Prepares and manages Test & Commissioning works on field – Material and tools, documentation, people, access, logistics…
- Ensures the EHS compliance (Zero deviation), reports and anticipates issues
- Manages the T&C; team:
- Ensures EHS on field with guidance and support from the Project team member in charge of Project EHS coordination
- Trains and supports people in T&C; activities
- Participates to Subsystem Leader, Engineer and Technician assessment of competency
