Our kitchen is led by award-winning **Chef Patron Raphael Duntoye.** We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to prepare, cook and present dishes in your assigned section following Gio Gio's standards with the help of Commis Chef and Demi Chef De Partie. - **Operations**: Maintain mise-en-place and kitchen workflow to ensure consistent quality, supervise junior kitchen staff, control incoming goods and wastage, adhere to Gio Gio standards, and adapt flexibly to operational changes while ensuring excellent guest experiences.
- **Communication**: Participate actively in team briefings and communicate transparently and efficiently with supervisors and colleagues.

- **Qualifications & Experience**:Culinary Arts certificate, basic food hygiene certificate, minimum 3 years’ experience, previous similar role experience.
- **Desirable**: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts, experience in French/Mediterranean or Michelin-starred restaurants.
- **Skills & Competencies**:English proficiency, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, speed and accuracy, strong work ethic, communication, teamwork, organisational and time management, team management, stress management, familiarity with SOPs and recipes, knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards. **An EU visa and a valid EU work permit are required** **Job Types**: Full-time, Tempo parziale, Contract
