Your Role and Impact

As Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving store performance by supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations and execution of retail standards. You will help create a high‑performing, consumer‑focused environment by leading the team on the shop floor, ensuring operational excellence,



and delivering a premium adidas experience.

You will act as a role model, motivating and developing your team while contributing to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, replenishment, inventory, and compliance
- Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring a premium consumer experience and strong service culture
- Motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve store targets and grow their capabilities
- Drive execution of store processes and standards to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires
- Monitor and analyze store KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve performance and profitability
- Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are maintained in line with brand guidelines
