**Customer Service Specialist** **Location**: Fully Remote Employment Type: Freelance (32-40 hours per week) Are you passionate about helping others and providing exceptional customer support? We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented **Customer Service Specialist** to join our team remotely. You'll be supporting an established, market-leading educational company in the Netherlands, helping learners achieve their goals. This is **not** a call center role—there are **no cold calls** involved. Instead, you’ll be assisting **existing customers** exclusively, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience with our services. If you're a proactive communicator who enjoys problem-solving and making a real impact, we’d love to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our students on their journey to success: - Handle last-minute bookings.

- Language Proficiency: Fluent Dutch speaker (required)
- Work Style: Proven ability to work independently and remotely
- Skills: Strong multitasking skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Flexibility: weekend (12pm to 4pm CEST) and evening (12:30pm to 9pm CEST) to be discussed during interview
