RITS in Lombardy (Milano area) seeks a technical writer to create and maintain documentation for three IT teams, document IT systems and processes, and identify gaps during handover periods.
You’ll work with Confluence and Salesforce, learn new systems quickly, and turn complex technical information into clear, structured, useful documentation. This is a hybrid role with one day in the office each week.
