The Patient-Centered Solutions team (PCS)The PCS team leads the industry in the science of measuring the patient experience. We combine scientific expertise, strategic insight, and operational excellence to design and execute rigorous patient-centered research that helps biopharmaceutical companies understand how patients experience disease and treatment. Our work supports evidence generation strategies across clinical development, regulatory decision-making, market access, and commercialization.
Within PCS, our Clinical Project Management team is at the forefront of delivering in-trial interview (ITI) solutions and patient experience data (PED) studies embedded within global clinical development programs. We partner closely with sponsors,
scientific teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure patient perspectives are systematically captured and translated into meaningful evidence that informs drug development and healthcare decision-making.
