SmartField Tech Ltd. is hiring a skilled Deskside Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support for an enterprise client in Milan, Italy.

Location: Milan, Lombardy, Italy
Work Arrangement: On-site
Employment Type: Full-time
Language: Professional fluency in Italian and English required
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite deskside and end-user IT support.
Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 hardware and software issues.
Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory and common workplace applications.
Diagnose and resolve laptop, desktop, printer and peripheral issues.
Perform IMAC activities, hardware installations and replacements.
Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues.
Manage incidents and service requests according to agreed procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation and asset records.
Provide professional, customer-focused support to end users.
Requirements
Previous experience in Deskside, Desktop, EUC or onsite IT support.
Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
Experience with hardware break/fix and peripheral troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of LAN/Wi-Fi and network troubleshooting.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work independently in an onsite client environment.
Professional fluency in Italian and English.
