As Senior Events Manager, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the team, helping us in the planning and delivery of ZEGNA's international events, with responsibility for event workstreams supporting brand elevation, business priorities and revenue-generating initiatives.
The role translates strategic and creative briefs, into structured execution plans, defining timelines, milestones, responsibilities and project calendars.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining clear and continuous communication across HQ functions, local markets and external partners, ensuring alignment from planning through post-event reporting.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Events to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.
Lead assigned event workstreams from project kick-off through post-event reporting.
Define project timelines, milestones, responsibilities and critical path.
Ensure execution is fully aligned with the approved brief, brand standards and event guidelines.
Own project governance and coordinate approval processes.
Partner with other Event Managers on shared projects, ensuring full alignment on planning, governance, Critical Path, budget management and resource allocation.
Coordinate and supervise Event Producers, production agencies, suppliers, freelancers and local market teams.
