DATA ENTRY AND BACK OFFICE - L.68/99:
Your daily responsibilities:
Within the Purchasing and Sales Department, your goal will be to ensure the accurate entry, updating, and maintenance of information within our company systems, while supporting the team's day-to-day operations. Specifically you will:
Enter, update, and verify data in the company's systems
Check the accuracy and completeness of the information received
Manage digital documentation and electronic and paper filing systems
Collaborate with different departments to ensure data quality
Provide support for related operational activities
You are the right person for us if:
Your knowledge of German will help you manage information coming from the international environment in which we operate
Your accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail will enable you to maintain an orderly workflow, identify inconsistencies, and uphold high quality standards
Your Excel skills will help the team improve the efficiency of operational processes
Your interpersonal and communication skills will facilitate collaboration with business partners and contribute to effective teamwork.
Relevant academic qualifications and/or prior experience in similar roles (data entry, back office), and familiarity with ERP systems or CRM software, will be considered a plus.

Gross annual salary: €23.320 - €28.000
Your salary will be determined based on your professional experience, technical and language skills, and level of autonomy.
