Your Responsibilities
By joining us, you’ll contribute to the growth and expansion of our solution within the European sports industry by taking charge of management and development in this vertical.
Customer Satisfaction and Upselling
- Thoroughly assess projects with various stakeholders and propose the solutions best suited to their needs, to better meet their expectations.
- Implement and refine the customer journey process through its various phases: onboarding, delivery, certification, and upselling.
- Provide daily reporting via HubSpot
- Develop an upselling strategy to ensure the Arenametrix project becomes a long-term fixture for the client
Customer Base Development
- Actively prospect by phone and schedule in-person meetings, leveraging an inbound marketing strategy
