Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- Experience in program management in environments using Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies.
- Ability to travel 80% of the time to Milan for stakeholder engagement.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, or in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience supporting customers in cloud operations (e.g., launch or capacity planning,
product release management), technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting.
- Experience in planning and delivering cloud solutions in Public Cloud (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) or hybrid environments.
- Experience in account management, client service, or management consulting with experience in working with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party teams to deliver cloud centric solutions.
- Ability to grow in evolving and ambiguous environments.
