You will operate at the IT Business Partnership interface, shaping initiatives across commercial, digital, financial, and operational domains. You translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, governance, and delivery plans within complex enterprise settings. You lead cross-functional programs, balancing priorities and managing risk to realize measurable impact. - Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders to identify, qualify, and prioritize strategic needs
- Translate business objectives into structured requirements, roadmaps, and technology initiatives
- Lead complex technology-enabled programs with governance, planning, prioritization, and value realization
- Coordinate across Product teams, Enterprise Architecture,
Data & AI, vendors, and system integrators
- Shape solutions with measurable business value and contribute to the evolution of Costa's technology landscape
- 8-10 years of experience in Program Management, Demand Management, Business Partnership, PMO, Digital Transformation, or related transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate priorities into initiatives, roadmaps, and delivery plans
- Strong track record leading cross-functional programs and managing risks across multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with technology delivery environments, working with product teams, xbvzest external vendors, and system integrators
- Experience in commercial, digital, customer-facing, or operational transformation initiatives is a plus
- Exposure to domains such as Pricing, Revenue Management, CRM, Order Management, Billing, or Omnichannel Customer Journeys is advantag
