This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Marketing based in Italy.
This is a senior, commercially minded marketing leadership role focused on turning brand awareness into measurable revenue and scalable growth. You will own the full marketing strategy across acquisition, conversion, retention, lifecycle, brand, content, and community. As a player-coach, you will lead the Marketing team while staying close to performance data, creative execution, and optimization. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support growth and expansion into new markets. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You will also build the systems, playbooks, and processes needed to scale marketing efficiently across multiple locations. Accountabilities




Own and evolve the overall marketing strategy across growth, lifecycle, brand, content, and community, translating company growth and revenue objectives into clear priorities, budgets, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
Lead marketing analytics and reporting, maintaining clear visibility into channel performance, customer behavior, acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
Develop a deep understanding of target customers and use behavioral insights to improve the full customer journey from discovery through purchase, repeat visits, and advocacy.
Own profitable customer acquisition and ticket sales across markets, overseeing paid media, SEO, and other growth channels while driving continuous testing and optimization of CAC, ROAS, conversion, and LTV.
Oversee e-commerce and digital conversion performance, including landing pages, offers, booking journeys, mobile experiences, and checkout.
