As a Technical Account Manager, you will serve as a strategic and technical partner to large enterprise customers throughout their entire journey.
You will guide customers from onboarding and implementation through long-term adoption, retention, and expansion.
The role combines technical expertise, project management, customer success, and consultative problem-solving.
You will work closely with Sales, Support, Engineering, and other teams to deliver solutions that create measurable customer value.
Your curiosity and ability to understand complex data environments will help customers get the most from a sophisticated technology platform.
You will also bring customer feedback and emerging use cases back to internal teams to influence product evolution.

Accountabilities
Own the technical customer journey from kickoff and onboarding through ongoing success, adoption, retention, and expansion.
Manage and execute customer-facing technical projects, ensuring onboarding activities are well organized, timely, and aligned with customer objectives.
Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and develop a deep understanding of their business requirements, technical environments, use cases, and challenges.
Provide proactive technical guidance and recommend best practices to help customers maximize the value and adoption of the platform.
Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities to increase platform adoption and support the growth of strategic accounts.
Collaborate with Customer Support, Engineering, and other internal teams to investigate and resolve complex technical issues and escalations.
