You will record scripted content while assessing AI outputs for pronunciation, tone, pacing, emotional expression, and regional accuracy.

Accountabilities
Record scripted material in Romanian with clear pronunciation, natural delivery, consistent pacing, and appropriate emotional expression.
Produce high-quality voice recordings suitable for AI training and speech-model development.
Evaluate AI-generated speech for linguistic accuracy, pronunciation, naturalness, tone, pacing, and expressiveness.
Identify and annotate errors or inconsistencies in AI-generated outputs and provide clear, actionable feedback.
Assess regional and linguistic variations in Romanian to help improve the authenticity and robustness of voice models.
Collaborate with project teams to refine prompts, evaluation methodologies, annotation practices, and voice-design guidelines.
