Eli Lilly Italia is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our Engineering team at the Sesto Fiorentino (FI) site. The role is dedicated to the Formulation & Component Preparation area of our pre-filled syringes production. Working side by side with the production teams, you will be hands-on from day one: on the shop floor, on the equipment, on the problems that come up during the shift.
It is the fastest way to build real technical expertise on systems operating in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment, and to own it.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for all the systems under your responsibility within Formulation & Component Preparation
Work with the Operational Support Team to ensure Work Orders are correctly closed within due dates and maintenance programs are properly implemented
Analyze KPIs across Preventive Maintenance, WO execution, HSE, Quality, and Data Integrity, and evaluate projects to improve them
Identify anomalies and issues occurring on the systems, and work with the team to solve them and avoid recurrences
Propose upgrade and revamping initiatives to make the systems more reliable and more efficient
Ensure top efficiency, availability, and performance of the systems
Develop, integrate, and review SOPs and Technical Assessments for the systems under your responsibility
