Ignite is seeking an Italian Customer Assistance Specialist to join our multicultural team in Lisbon. You will be the main contact for Italian-speaking clients, handling inquiries via phone, email and live chat, and ensuring rapid, accurate solutions.
The role requires fluent Italian with English at least B2 level, a 24/7 rotating schedule, and in-person work at the Lisbon office. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow into QA, training, or management tracks.
