Prepares and serves alcoholic and non‐alcoholic beverages according to hotel recipes and standards.
Provides professional and friendly service to guests at the bar and during events.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar, including utensils, equipment, and workstations.
Monitors stock levels,
assists with inventory management, and reports any shortages or discrepancies.
Assists in training and guiding junior bar staff to maintain service standards.
Participates in daily briefings, team meetings, and training sessions as required.
Collaborates with restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
Performs any additional duties assigned by the Bar Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or Hotel Management.
Fluent in English and Italian is required . Previous experience in bartending, preferably in hotels, luxury venues, or high‐volume operations.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverage preparation, and bar equipment.
Flexible with scheduling according to operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and special events.
Maintains a professional, approachable, and friendly demeanor at all times.
