AGCO is a part of the solution The Technical Specialist, based in Italy, is supporting the dealers and team in the field in technical advice and support /assistance. Is organizing and supporting the training season for all the brands andproduct.This role ensures consistent, high-quality training and support aligned with business priorities and customer supportobjectives.
Provide technical support and expert guidance on AGCO tractor technologies (Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Valtra, and PTx).
Assist dealers and sales partners in resolving complex technical issues and support field teams with case management and EWFR reporting.
Deliver technical training, support training programs, and act as an additional trainer for courses, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Commission AGCO tractor technology in the field and support new product launches and market introductions.
Support AGCO system technologies and tools (AGCO Net, Fleetscan, Tech Connect, CPQ, diagnostics),



including on-site assistance and seasonal on-call support.
Experience in aftersales, technical training, or learning & development
Experience working in a global or matrix organization
Good written and spoken English knowledge
