Engineering Manager 2

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as commissioning lead for highly complex projects, also ensuring that the solution in the nuclear project is developed according to our standards. You will guarantee completion of all activities effectively and cost-efficiently and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards. You will also showcase your expertise by providing technical solutions to meet current and emerging business and customer requirements.

In this role,



you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
Creating and implementing service activities alignment with Project Managers and Site Managers.

Managing service activities to ensure compliance with contractual, safety, quality, and cybersecurity requirements.

Coordinating services activities with project teams, contractors, and site stakeholders.

Developing and implementing innovative processes, tools, and engineering solutions to improve project execution.

Managing senior-level customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet project requirements.

Leading risk and opportunity assessments, defining mitigation actions, and monitoring their implementation.

Supporting project planning by preparing work plans, cost estimates, and resource allocation strategies.
