OKTOBER is seeking an experienced leader to own end-to-end client delivery, scale a high-performance team, and manage capacity, margins and relationships. You will directly report to the founder and shape the future of our delivery organization across Retention and Design.
You will build and coach senior leaders, own P&L-adjacent; functions, and drive AI-enabled improvements to ensure quality and profitability while maintaining a fast, ship-it culture.
